As per the recent research, premature babies who were given a high protein diet were found to be more intelligent than the babies who were not given the same protein diet. Babies who are given high nutrient milk diet or enriched formula milk were found to have high IQ than the other babies.
Not just small babies, even teenagers up to 15 years should be given a protein diet for a more than average IQ and intelligence level. Fish, eggs, beef, milk, milk products, poultry and shellfish are some common sources of protein and can be easily included in a regular diet.
