This major study also revealed that the optimal diet a mother should eat must improve the infant health in the womb. On the other hand, when a pregnant lady gorges on unhealthy food, chances of the baby to suffer from chronic diseases increases. This research was conducted in the UK , New Zealand and Singapore .
