Anxiety during pregnancy can be due to many reasons. But thankfully, there are several ways as well that can help you reduce all the anxiety related to pregnancy.
Apart from medications, there are different natural methods that can relief you from anxiety attack. Anxiety has done nothing good to anyone. Thus, whenever you are attacked by anxiety, try to relax and do breathing exercise. Place one hand on your stomach and get some deep breaths. This will help you relax your body as well as mind.
