- Certain types of fish like shark, swordfish and tilefish have high levels of mercury in them and mercury is very harmful for the child’s brain.
- Deli meats should be avoided as they are known to create food poisoning
- The intake of liver should be cut down to the minimum as they are very rich source of Vitamin A and this could result in complications in childbirth
