It goes without saying that knowledge is power and only together we can cope with all the problems in this world. There are a lot of people with heart problems on the Earth and they live among us and together with us – they need our help and support and I am very glad to tell you a couple of words about British Heart Foundation (BHF) and one of the volunteers – Derry, who “puts his hand on his heart for the BHF”.
Derry – is the headteacher of a primary school in Sevenoaks.and every year he organizes a fundraising swimathon at his school to raise money for the BHF.
Derry perfectly understands that even his school has a number of children and staff affected by heart disease so this swimathon is something they all need and something that unites the school and people suffering from this disease.
There are so many ways to get involved with BHF and become not only healthy and active but helpful. Make your decision, join the organization!
