in.reuters.com Tired of those sleepless nights due to your baby’s crying? Then, the only solution you can try is to form bedtime routines for your kids to develop their sleeping habits. Researches have proved that following a consistent bedtime routine helps improving infants’ and toddlers’ sleep patterns.

Mothers who try to carry out a regular bedtime routine are always seen happy after a few days when they teach their babies to sleep on a particular time. On the other hand, mothers who don’t take pains to form these bedtime routines often take pains of sleepless nights for a longer time.

One of the best ways to form bedtime routines for babies is to form a daily sleep dairy for one week to notice how long your child sleeps and how long does he or she takes to fall asleep. Watching these sleeping behaviors, mothers can tend it the way they want to have comfortable nights with their babies.
