New Parents are often looking up for ways to make their new born baby sleep. This is due to the common dilemma of baby nighttime waking. So, we will now acquaint you with some useful tips for a proper baby sleep.

Try to set a routine for your baby, try to wake up your baby early in morning if he sleeps late, so that he sleeps early at night. Apart from this, try to make your baby napping area well-lit, so that he sleeps better at night without any fear.

Increasing daytime feeds is another good way to encourage your baby to sleep without any hunger. Also, try to feed your baby in a quiet and dark room so that he don’t get distracted during the day.

Try to keep your evening calm and don’t let your baby be hyper during evening so that he sleeps calmly at night. Most important, avoid diaper changing at night to let your baby sleep properly.
