It is important to know what to avoid in pregnancy. So, we thought of sharing with you things that must be avoided in pregnancy.
<p>The first harmful thing that must be avoided during pregnancy is drinking hard drinks. Even a small amount of alcohol must not be taken in pregnancy for your baby’s health. Apart from it, quit smoking if you are a smoker, as this will have ill effects on your unborn baby.</p>

<p>You must also avoid hair colors and highlighting your hair during pregnancy. These colors contain harmful chemicals that might a harmful effect on your unborn baby, so better avoid it for at least 9 months of pregnancy.
<p>Another thing to avoid is the consumption of caffeine and sodas during pregnancy. Also, avoid fatty foods, junk foods, foods with preservatives and foods sold at roadside kiosks, which might be contaminated with germs.
<p>So, now we assume that you have got a fair knowledge of things that must be avoided during pregnancy. </p>

<p> Skin rash is one of the common baby problems that trouble not only the baby but the mother, who tries of using different methods of cure the baby’s skin rashes. Panic is not the solution but a proper care to avoid baby rashes is what you need to offer to your baby. Remember, most of the skin rashes disappear themselves over a period of time.
<p>Babies who suffer from pink pimples need no treatment for cure, as these pimples get away on their own. Babies usually suffer from these due to exposure to maternal hormones within the womb.

<p>Mongolian spots are also very common type of skin rashes among babies. Like other rashes, these too cannot be cured, they disappear on their own till the baby reaches school age.
<p>Then there is Erythema toxicum that looks like a mosquito bite and disappears within few weeks of baby birth. Often looking these rashes, mothers think that it is caused due to mosquito bite.
<p>Strawberry hemangiomas is another common birthmark that is nowadays common in newborn babies. It also disappears when the baby is six to seven years old. These marks are actually a group of blood vessels and gradually pale down. </p>
