Yes, a blood test can make it possible to identify a baby’s gender by 7 weeks gestation. Though, in many countries it is illegal to find the baby’s gender before birth, this test is getting popular in countries where it is legal to find the gender.

Blood DNA test was conducted on over 6,000 pregnancy and the results showed that the blood test correctly identified the baby’s gender with a great success rate of 95-99%. This test is done by taking a sample of mother’s blood and then it is tested for cell free fetal DNA at seven weeks of pregnancy to identify the baby’s gender.
