image As per the latest finding in the medical world, it has been found that expectant mother’s diet is linked with childhood obesity. It has been found that a pregnant woman’s diet can actually alter her child’s whole DNA in the womb while increasing the risk of the child’s obesity.

This major study also revealed that the optimal diet a mother should eat must improve the infant health in the womb. On the other hand, when a pregnant lady gorges on unhealthy food, chances of the baby to suffer from chronic diseases increases. This research was conducted in the UK , New Zealand and Singapore .

Allergy results in rashes in babies which is intolerable for them and sometimes also causes vomiting and diarrhoea. Babies under the age of 5 are mostly allergic to eggs, milk and peanuts. As a responsible parent we must look for any symptoms that the baby might show due to being allergic to certain food and make sure that they get sensitized to any allergen. Some babies simply don’t like certain food and that does not mean that they are allergic to it. Allergy generally runs down in the family.
