Whenever your baby cries you think that hunger is the cause of his crying and that is why you feed him with a bottle of milk to pacify his hunger. If the baby is little more than a year old and don’t take bottle feeding, we tend to give them something to eat as and when they whine or cry. Interestingly even the babies stops crying when given something to eat, which makes it more obvious for us that this trick works.

But, if we make it a habit to feed the child everytime they whine, this will make the child an emotional eater and they will start eating even without being hungry. Once the baby gets into this habit, he will take to overeating. The baby will learn to feel that food pacifies him.

That is why children should be taught to have healthy eating habit since early childhood and to have a healthy relation with the food. It is important to enjoy food but one should also know the limit to eat for a healthy body. In addition, children should also be taught early to have a healthy way to deal with their emotions.

Teaching the child the ways to have a healthy relationship with food is very important to keep away from an unhealthy lifestyle and bad habits.

So, is there good news? You are pregnant and happy to know that you will a mother of a baby after nine months? Apart from the happiness that comes with the news of pregnancy, there comes emotional imbalance for many expected mothers. There is depression and mental stress in most of the expecting mothers during pregnancy.

Though this emotional imbalance or depression vanishes after some time, it is essential to know why it happens and how it can be reduced. Emotional imbalance takes place due to hormonal changes and the growth of baby in the womb during pregnancy. This is the phase when expecting mothers feel different types of emotions.

Combating emotional imbalance during pregnancy is not a big deal, you just need to consult your gynecologist and get some antidepressants to prevent symptoms of such depression but only when it is bothering you for a longer time. Try avoid taking medicines in case of mild depression, as pregnancy is a phase when you need to take utmost care.

Often expecting mothers have these symptoms of emotional imbalance:
