This problem is exceptionally urgent to all Londoners no matter whether they are single or have a family, rather rich or poor, would love to buy their own house or simply rent one to live independently.

The next Mayor should be aware of the fact that London’s housing is in crisis and this problem won’t disappear, it must be solved quickly and wisely.

The Mayoral Election will take place on Thursday 3 May 2012, and all the candidates have a fantastic opportunity to show Londoners whether they are good at creating Homes for Londoners. For the first time, the Mayor will be responsible for Government spending on London’s housing and it is up for him or her to control land assets and plan how and where to build homes.

People say marriage brings loads of changes to a person’s life, which is applicable for both men and women. But after marriage, the other most important change that comes to a person’s life is parenthood. This phenomenon of having a baby or the knowledge of becoming a parent can be different to both men and women.

Men and women respond differently to parenthood and the reason for such different response is yet to be discovered. Sometimes, it also leads to confusion and apprehension. It is usually seen that the mothers get more engaged with their baby after the baby is born.

As we all know taking to drinks, affair or overwork is not the solution to the emotional imbalance of a new father. Such a behavior will create a gap between the husband and wife. Hence, a new father should make an effort to understand his as well as his wife’s relationship with the newly born. In this way, he would get to know more about the natural bonding in the relationship and would also be able to see a glimpse of his own reflection in their child.
