In doing so, you tend to ignore your health and your needs. And suddenly at one point your body gives up and it collapses.

So, while you take care of everything to run your household, you must also ensure your own needs and requirements. You must have some time for your own self. Even a few minutes of sitting and sharing good moments with the family will give you lot of positive energy and relaxation. So, you must try to sneak some time from your busy schedule to think after your comfort.

Besides, a little bit of bodily exercise, five minutes of brisk walk, or leisure walk for fresh air might also help. With small babies to take care of, you hardly get enough sleep, so getting some good hours of nice sleep whenever possible is also important.

It can be a good idea to stroll in the park with the baby, to play with him, or to have a bicycle ride. This will not only give you some activity, but you can also spend time with the family.

In addition, things like taking care of your diet and nutrition, avoiding stress, relaxing through yoga or meditation, spending some time with friends or talking to them, and watching your favorite television shows etc. also benefits. So, get some time for you and stop avoiding your health.

You cannot simply try and dominate your children or force yourself to them. But by being a confident democratic parent, you can assure that you produce children who are balanced with qualities like intelligence, smartness and able enough to handle any situations in life.

This style of parenting has been accepted and implemented by most parents all over because everyone considers this style as sensible. This style balances a child because here parents take care of all aspects that should be a integral part of child’s life duing their formative years. These aspects include the expectation level of a child, encouragements that they need and rewards that they deserve and so on. This, in a way, generates a behaviour in a child that is positive and optimistic.

Some of the important aspects of being democratic parents are encouraging the child to accept responsibilities from a very early age. To make responsible for their duties, roles in the household and to make them understand the repercussions of their actions in the family. Moreover, depending on their age, they should be given enough liberty and choices in life in small little things that they enjoy.

All this should be done very affectionately to make the child understand the importance of their actions and to make them responsible and good human beings.

In today’s world, many people make a deliberate choice of being a single parent. If you too are ready to face the challenge, then we are ready to help you overcome the stress of being a single parent with the following tips.

It’s true that being a single parent means a life initially full of challenges and troubles but there are ways to overcome all those troubles. A perfect way to start the process of being a single parent is to build a support system of friends, family and people who are willing to help you.

The second step that you must do to overcome any stress of being a single parent is a right budgeting. It is important that you plan well in advance how you will spend to take care of your baby within your limited budget.

Remember, as a single parent you will have to take the responsibility of two parents in carrying out the chores related to baby care. Therefore, it will be a bit hectic and will test your patience at times. So, you need to maintain your calm and relax in between to prevent getting exhausted.

Single parents should try to spend quality time with their babies as much as possible. They should not let their child feel lonely in the absence of the second parent.
