The study says more self –control in children helps them succeed better in life. The study was conducted on a particular number of individuals for over a certain period of their life since birth. This fact has been proved after making some serious observations in different areas of an individual’s life in different stages. In fact, it is said that more than intellect and background of an individual, his self-control plays a greater role in his success in life and also takes him towards prosperity and well-being.

A child learns most of the things by observing things around him/her. So, parents should make it a point that they lead by example and instill in the child, the importance of cleanliness at every possible opportunity.
